The medieval center of Montblanc, with its narrow streets and vaulted porches, is built around the parish church of Sainte Eulalie. This listed historic monument, dating from the 11th century (Roman nave) to the 15th century (Gothic chapels) is dominated by a powerful and majestic bell tower, 40 meters high. The fortified apse has surrounding machicolation.
